I left my pets here for boarding as I was out of town and my girls got back to me with no trauma and Shreyas kept updating me about their well being. The food, the area is all well maintained and tidy. I also got my girls groomed from Fluffy and they did a good job on that too. I would highly recommend this place to let parents who are looking for a safe place to leave their furbaby and have a peaceful vacation.

The attitude owner name is shreyass I had shared images of my dog which was at different pet boarding he messaged me sating y are u disturbing me and he himself says dog lover this person just want make money i recommend people do not board ur pet here I had a very disappointing experience at Furr (JP Nagar). I took my cute Golden Retriever puppy for boarding, and within just 10 minutes, the owner told me my dog “won’t adjust” and asked me to take him back. My puppy was only barking because he is not yet used to being around other dogs, which is completely normal for a young puppy. Instead of handling it with patience, the owner and caretaker were extremely irritated and rude. Their behavior was unprofessional and insensitive. The owner keeps saying he is a dog lover, but a real dog lover would understand puppy behavior, not get annoyed and ask the pet parent to leave immediately. They even told us to board him somewhere else, which clearly shows they are not capable of handling puppies or dogs that need gentle care. Thankfully, I left my dog at a pet care near Bannerghatta Road, where they are taking excellent care of him with patience and love. I strongly do NOT recommend Furr, JP Nagar, especially if you have a puppy or a dog that needs understanding and care. Very bad attitude, very bad experience.

Very good and professional care center. My pet doing very good and adjusted with the care taker. Thy give personal care to pet post pet activities video. One this thy don't have cage all the pet move around freely. I am satisfied lot for dropping my pet in this Day care.
