Wag-ville Pet Resort,Boarding, Pet Friendly Cafe

I have used their pet boarding facility twice, and I can attest to the fact that the place is a big thumbs up. The people are nice and considerate and my dog has come back in healthy and happy. The dog care people are nice and really friendly and understand the requirements of each pet. They even cater to specific request of pet parents in relation to interactions with other dogs. Highly recommended. They have grooming services and a swimming pool for pets, which is highly recommended as well.

PART 2: Second, when we checked our girls in the very first time for daycare, we asked to tour the facilities, in order to see where the girls would be during "kennel time" and overnight during boarding. We were shown all of the outside areas where the girls would be during their stay, but we were told that interested parties are not allowed to tour the kennel area. That immediately did not sit well with my husband and I, as that is a very basic request, and we should have listened to our intuition and cancelled all of our stays at that time. Although the staff insisted that rule was so that the dogs staying inside would not start barking, they were already barking the entire time during our tour. And refusing to show the inner facilities only suggests two things, in my opinion, negligent care of the dogs inside and/or dirty facilities. What good parent would leave their child at a daycare that they aren't allowed to fully tour? We should have known better, but decided to listen to all of the positive online reviews instead and just see how things went. Since our girls came home yesterday afternoon, they have been acting very scared and even hiding in some instances (behaviors they NEVER had before). On top of that, 4 of the 6 videos that we received of the girls while we were gone (all of which were only taken in outside areas), the caretakers continued to switch our girls' names up and even call them by incorrect names. Although I brought this to their notice at least 3 times, it just kept happening. So, other than one of the dog trainers that we met on one of the evenings that we picked up our dogs, who was incredibly competent and friendly, I found the rest of the staff to be quite incompetent. I understand that Wag-ville boards a lot of dogs, but if you can't even get our dogs names right, that's concerning... and only makes me question how clean the inner facilities are really kept and what the treatment of all of the dogs looks like where other people aren't allowed to see them... Lastly, we paid for the "post-boarding" grooming for our girls after their 3-day boarding. We thought that was a lovely option. However, our girls have done nothing but itch themselves since they've returned home and whatever shampoo they used smells very strongly of chemicals. In fact, it smells very similarly to a human shampoo that my husband and I are both aware of, which is even more concerning. Our girls have been home only a couple of days now, and my husband has already re-bathed and groomed them because of this. The ONLY reason I have given two stars is because they do have nice outside areas for the dogs to run in a couple of times each day, and the one dog trainer that we met was especially lovely and clearly competent. However, that is still not enough for us to ever board our girls here again, as he is not the only staff member interacting with our dogs. It seems that a lot of the rest of the staff perhaps is made up of whoever they could find to fill the positions... and that's simply not good enough for us to entrust our girls with them again. Not unless we can tour the inner kennel facility and receive more assurances of the staff's overall competence.

We came here for the second time with our pet, he really loves playing here and enjoys his time here. Major benefits in this resort 1. Dog swimming pool facilities are really top notch,and if your dog is coming for the swim for the first time,there are people to assist you. 2. You will get private park space for your pet for walking purpose,and u can block the slots. 3. Not only for dogs, even if u love to do horse ride,u can book a slot for horse riding, there are professionally trained people available to help us for horse ride 4. Dog foode are available,it will be very good ur pets after the long swimming and walking sessions. 5. Highly recommend place to visit a joyful and playful time for your pet.

Great place for boarding your dog, or bringing someone in need of equine therapy.Spacious exercise yard, qualified veterinary care for the dogs and horses, hydro-therapy pool for the pups and an experienced owner and staff. A small café helps you relax as your pet is tended to.

⭐ My Review after 2+ Years with Wag-ville ⭐ I’ve been boarding my dog Bagheera at Wag-ville for over 2 years now, and I also bring him here for swimming every month. Earlier, I tried several boarding centers around Yelahanka and Jakkur, but for me, Wag-ville truly set a new standard in pet care and responsibility. The staff here are incredibly kind and genuinely knowledgeable about dogs. They care for the pets as if they were their own, which gives me great peace of mind every time I leave Bagheera with them. Of course, there were times I had a few concerns — but what I truly appreciate is how the team always listened, took feedback seriously, and worked on improving things.
