They are the worst!!! I say worst. I have been asking about my dogs dental hygiene and he kept saying he's a dog and he's fine. I got to know in cessna he is on stage 2 of predontis. It's pathetic. He's 2 years old and one of his tooth is out. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HEREEE. I REPEAT.
We have been consulting Dr.Nanjundappa since 2002 when we got our Labrador from him….excellent doctor…our pet was always so comfortable with him that travelling 25kms to his clinic from Basaveshwaranagar to Koramangala and other clinic was worth it…it was a 14 years of association with Dr.Nanjundappa who took excellent care, perfect diagnosis and treatment….we still keep in touch with him…
Hours after we got our cat spayed, she passed away. During those hours, we were constantly sharing updates with Dr Nanjundappa to see if whatever was happening was expected and he waived everything off as normal. A week later, when we went back to discuss potential causes and asked for her vitals report (during discharge), the vet started blaming us stating we hadn’t taken proper post-op care. He got super defensive when our goal was just to understand what went wrong and what we could’ve done as parents. I can’t imagine a doctor saying the things Dr Nanjundappa said. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT CLINIC.
Have been going to Dr. Nanjundappa sir for years now for my Golden retriever. He is a super experienced and compassionate doctor. Takes time to investigate and diagnose the issue and makes a comprehensive plan to cure the problem. Such a good vet with a always smiling face and a positive, reassuring demeanour. We are lucky to have a reliable and skilled vet like him. Thank you sir for all that you do!!
DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. PLEASE I REPEAT. They charge hefty with many treatments but never bother to understand what is the situation, age of the pet and do unnecessary trestments, overdose puppies. My puppy died within 1 hour after the treatment. We took our 3month old poodle puppy as he's not eating food and had motions 1-2times. They gave him fluids as he was not eating and did a very quick 2 mins blood test which said tick fever. So they gave him many injections in the same IV which were shockingly many and said nothing to worry about as tick fever is common and will be treated easily. They've charged us 3000 for that 1 hour IV and many injections for that small puppy. In just few hours from the hospital he got multiple seizures and we rushed to another hosiptal nearby as this v care pet clinic doesn't bother to answer calls. My puppy died and the other doctor had mentioned due to OVERDOSE for a 3month puppy. Not just one hospital but we took the prescription to multiple other vets and all said OVERDOSE. Service is worst, doctors have no knowledge on how to treat Pets, they do unnecessary trestments and charge more money for that no matter it's an overdose for the pet or not.
