I will highly recommend this place for pet lovers. My rabbit stays here for 3 weeks and I was getting all my queries resolved whenever I reached. Place is quite and a lot of greenery in surrounding which I found extremely good for pets. When I met my pet after 3 weeks she was same as I left. They cared her in a very professional manner. Each of the feedback which I gave during 3 weeks is immediately implemented. Place is same as shown in picture. A small ground is also inside to play or walk for pets. Will highly recommend this place for pet lovers.

I kept my pitbull Bumble for 3 days, the support staff was very supportive. Shuayb the owner is responsive always. Kept sharing photos and videos. Overall I liked this place and recommend others too. For my Bumble on request Shuayb made a special arrangement which really worked for her.

Probably the worst pet boarding we've come across. The caretaker has absolutely no idea how the pet's health deteriorated. Kept saying "Aisa hi aya tha" when we have had several videos at the boarding where the pet is normal and happy. Even the owner agreed that the pet was healthy. My pet has high fever, severe infection, bleeding from the all the 4 feets. Infact, my pet is so weak now, that he is unable to even stand up. If you pet stays in a healthy environment, this place is not recommended. The caretaker didn't even bother telling that he has an infection, we had to ask them to check my pet, after looking at the videos.

I've kept my cat twice here and it's a great place to board. My cat pretty much has a 1 BHK to himself with a netted balcony window. The room itself is equipped with shelves, cat tree, actual tree trunks, pipes and other things for the cat's activity. My cat even enjoys hiding in the pipe that's kept in the room. The owner Shoaib is an animal lover and the caretakers are very well-mannered, well-trained and loving towards the pets. They follow all the instructions to the letter and take great care of the pets.

Very unhygienic and irresponsible boarding facility. I kept my dog here for only 4 days, and his health deteriorated badly. He developed a bacterial infection and is now unable to walk. During the call, they casually mentioned that his paw padding was weak, but the vet clearly confirmed that this condition was caused due to infection. The caretaker was completely unaware of what actually happened to my dog and even claimed that the dog was in this condition from the beginning, which is absolutely untrue. This shows a serious lack of observation and responsibility. Hygiene standards are extremely poor. They keep only two water bowls, and all dogs drink from the same bowls, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, this place lacks basic hygiene, proper care, and accountability. I would strongly not recommend this boarding to any pet parent.
