Our cocktail bird was unwell. After searching, we found some vet clinics but none for birds. I randomly called Buddy’s Pet House, where Mr. Mohd Aman (the owner) helped us. He patiently examined the bird, explained its condition, and guided us on what steps to be taken, even when we had not purchased the bird from his shop. He warned us that the chances of survival were low, but still stayed in constant touch with us over phone for these two weeks. He was a big support. I must have called and messaged him multiple times, and every single time he patiently responded and supported us - without ever charging us a single rupee. His knowledge of bird and its health was immense, but more importantly his patience and care for the bird. I am not sure whether one should have a pet bird or not, but if buying then always do one from a shop which really cares for its pets.

⭐ Worst Pet Shop Experience – Please Avoid Simmy's kitten died after just 1 month of purchase She did everything to save Spent almost 1 lakh on medical This is the worst pet shop I have ever dealt with. My sis simmy bought a kitten from here, and within just 3 days, the kitten started falling sick. It was clear the kitten was not healthy from the beginning, but the shopkeeper lied and assured that everything was fine. The kitten was poorly maintained, underdeveloped, and clearly not given proper care or medical attention before selling. Important information about the kitten’s health was deliberately hidden just to make a sale. After a month of suffering, her kitten passed away. This is not just bad service — this is cruelty and negligence. Pets are not objects. They are lives. If you truly care about animals, do NOT buy from this shop. Their lack of responsibility and honesty cost an innocent life and caused immense emotional pain to us. I strongly urge authorities and customers to take this seriously. No one else should go through this trauma.
