Very nice groomer, 10/10 for the grooming service. Amazing Manger and his family and the Doctor, very caring. We had an emergency with our girl and they helped us with their own vehicle at night at 12, without any 2nd thoughts they helped us at a time when we needed them the most and also without any kind of profit. Not even own friends does this much Not to mention there home boarding is amazing aswell. We feel very relieved while keeping our baby with them.

One of the worst veterinary doctors I have ever seen. Sorry—he is not a doctor, but a salesman with a veterinary degree. This is one of the most irresponsible and unprofessional veterinary practitioners I have ever encountered. He fails to properly diagnose medical conditions and instead prescribes multiple unnecessary medicines, behaving more like a salesman than a medical professional. I took my pet to him for a skin allergy issue. Without conducting any proper examination or diagnosis, he administered an injection and prescribed 6–7 medicines that were unrelated to the actual condition. These medicines appeared to be unnecessary and were pushed without medical justification. On the very same night after the injection, my pet developed severe breathing difficulties. Sadly, she passed away the following day. When we returned to the clinic to report her condition, he denied administering any injection at all. However, we had the receipt as documented proof. Only after being confronted with this evidence did he acknowledge the situation, after which he attempted to shift responsibility by referring us to other doctors. Such negligence, lack of accountability, and unethical medical practice are deeply concerning. Pet owners trust veterinarians with the lives of their animals, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

He gave an injection and unnecessarily prescribed 6–7 medicines that were not even related to the actual problem my pet was facing. He pushes people to buy medicines without proper justification. On the same night after the injection, my pet started experiencing severe breathing problems. Today, she is no more. When we went back to him the next day to show her condition, he argued and claimed that he had never given any injection. Fortunately, we had the receipt as proof. Once he realized it was his mistake, he started suggesting other doctors for treatment. RIP Jerry😞
