We were regular with Pet warehouse for the last 4 years. But the last visit was horrible and worst. My pet name is Marvel. Just like a normal individual we asked for some discount ( we never ask). The individual in the reception was very rude and lack professional ethics. They way he responded for a nominal discount was not expected. We assured that we give back the discount back in order to ensure the business don't shut down. Having said the above we decided not to visit Pet warehouse in future. We know that our business will not impact the overall turnover but respect and attitude matters. Just an FYI this incident was of 22nd July.

Good store with active offers every month. What I appreciate most is the groomer Mahadev. Takes very good care of my little one during the grooming sessions. Keep up the good work team Pet Warehouse.

Absolutely pathetic staff and an equally pathetic experience. I wanted to make a complaint and share feedback about some non-customer-friendly store practices with the manager and the owner. What followed was one of the most frustrating and dishonest customer experiences I have ever had. To be clear. I was told the owner, Mr. Manjunath, is out of the country, which is completely fine. I respected that. The problem is how the staff handled access to the manager, and how their story kept changing. First, I was told the manager was out of town. Then I was told to call again in a few days. Then I was told to call tomorrow. Then I was told the manager is “out” and cannot speak to any customer at all. Finally, the story changed again and I was told that complaints can only be made to the manager in the first shift, because apparently the manager only works first shift. I was on calls with them for a long time, only to be given shifting, contradictory explanations every few minutes. At no point was I allowed to speak to the manager. They outright refused to share the manager’s number. They refused any escalation. They actively blocked a customer from making a complaint. I have never seen any store or establishment where customers are told that they cannot speak to the manager, that the manager cannot speak to customers, or that complaints are allowed only in a specific shift. What makes this worse is that I have been shopping at this store from the day it opened, and I now place regular monthly orders worth ₹7,000 to ₹10,000. If this is how loyal, long-term customers are treated, I genuinely shudder to think how new customers are handled. What started as a simple request to share feedback and express displeasure has now turned into a firm decision to stop shopping at this store entirely. Names involved. Kiran and Pratap. The store has good stock of most things you would need for your dogs and cats. The best part is the courteous staff. We first visited this store with a request to put up a poster for the adoption of a kitten we were fostering. The executive (Santhosh) remembered and shared the contact details with someone who was interested. Will be forever grateful to them for that. The best part is that they offer you a good discount on certain brands of food. I will recommend the store a fellow pet parent. P.S. They offer grooming services for cats and dogs too.
