This place was incredible- so much so that I’m writing this review on my way home. My 9 year old indie dog is terrified of vets. She gets major anxiety, and completely closes up. Dr. Shravya went above and beyond making her feel comfortable, taking the time to earn her trust before checking her. By the end of the appointment, we were able to collect her blood with no trouble. The entire staff is very helpful and pleasant. Having a turf waiting area “bark park” outside is a game changer for anxious dogs. Moving forward, there will be no other place I bring my dogs. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of care more than exceeds its cost.

We visited Dr.Paws Indranagar for the first time for our puppy Donut's first full body haircut and spa. It was a pleasant experience for our little one. The staff are very friendly and did an excellent job.

Dr. Paws Pet Hospital, Indiranagar, is a clean, hygienic, and well-organized facility. Hugo’s grooming was handled with great care by trained and professional staff. The doctors are highly skilled, friendly, and approachable. The staff are patient and gentle with pets, making them feel comfortable and safe. Appointments were well managed, and the overall service was efficient and stress-free.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Dr. Paws, Indiranagar enough. I took my kitten in during a very scary time when he was diagnosed with parvo, and from day one the care and attention he received were exceptional. A huge thank you to Dr. Shruthi, Dr. Shravya, Dr. Neha, and Dr. Souljai — each one of them took the time to explain things patiently, reassured us when we were anxious, and genuinely treated my pet like their own. You could see how much they truly care, not just medically but emotionally as well. Special mention to Nikshep at the front desk — the support, coordination, constant updates, and follow-ups went above and beyond what you’d expect. The entire staff was compassionate, responsive, and always willing to help, no matter how small the concern. What stood out the most was the continuous follow-ups, transparency, and dedication throughout the treatment. During such a stressful situation, that level of care makes all the difference. I also want to specially appreciate the vet techs who stayed with him in the isolation ward. They were incredibly sweet, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what they do. Knowing he was in such caring hands even when we weren’t around gave us so much peace of mind. If you’re looking for a veterinary hospital where your pet is treated with genuine love, expertise, and respect, Dr. Paws Indiranagar is truly the place. Forever grateful to the entire team

This place has everything you want for your pets, This was my first visit to Dr. Paws and I had a really good experience. I had taken my golden retriever for grooming and haircut, they did amazing work! The waiting space is also good, Also gave freebies for visiting this place for the 1st time 👍🏻.
