“Money first, treatment next — this hospital has lost all ethics and compassion. The person in charge of the consent letter was extremely rude and insensitive. When I politely asked for a small discount after spending a huge amount, her reaction was as if I was begging. Totally unprofessional attitude and zero empathy toward pet owners.”

Utterly disappointed with Dr Anirudh and the whole staff in handling cataract surgery of my dog. The 1 star is only because Dr Anirudh is patient and listens to all the concerns. My dog was treated for cataract here and he almost lost his vision and was about to lose his life only because of Dr negligence. Dr damaged his eyes during cataract and he has cloudiness and vision loss in his right eye. He left the "dissolvable sutures" in there which didnt go away for a month after surgery. He stopped eating as it was bothering him a lot and lost 2kgs(he weights 5kgs). I repeatedly checked with Dr but he said its normal and didnt bother for a serious follow up. He gave him new insulin called Mixtard and he was lethargic and sleepy and weak because of it. I changed Dr and now go to Cessna which is much better and has much more empathetic, knowledgable doctors. I regret the day when I decided to choose this hospital for his surgery but I am happy I found Cessna before it was too late.

Our gratitude goes far beyond a simple ‘thank you.’ Our 9 year old beagle, diagnosed with a slip disc, lost movement in all 4 limbs, underwent spinal surgery. Wonderful care given by the whole team. After a long time of hope, he got discharged, well and healthy, back on his feet All of this was possible, thanks to the whole team of @rmvveterinary An experienced, compassionate and trustworthy surgeon- Dr.Anirudh. A true veteran in this field- Dr. Krishnaswamy. Whole team of doctors- Dr. Pavithra, Dr. Navya.
