We recently took our Shih Tzu, Snicky, for a grooming session at MyloPaws, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were extremely gentle, patient, and caring with him. Snicky genuinely enjoyed the entire session, which says a lot about how comfortable they made him feel. The grooming was done professionally, and he came back looking super clean, fluffy, and happy. I have 2 dogs, a Labrador retriever and a Jack Russell Terrier who absolutely refuse to get into any vehicle. Because of this, I wasn't able to leave them anywhere, so I had to cancel many out station trips. I got to know about Mylopaws and requested them to transport my dogs to a pet boarding (and bring them back) with me accompanying them. The service was very professional, punctual, organized, well informed, and also very caring towards my pets. The staff (Mr. Srikanth) was very friendly and affectionate towards my pets and did everything possible to make them comfortable. Mr. Bhupati was very professional and perfect in his service. While a few of thd oet taxis I'd communicated with earlier refused to help in getting my pets into the vehicle, Mylopaws did more than that, they also ensured that they weren't nervous and kept soothing them. Henceforth, I'll be confident of visiting other places out of the city or staying overnight anywhere because I now know that Mylopaws will take good care of my pets.

I have a Shih Tzu named Zuzu, and I recently took the grooming service from Mylopaws. The service was truly amazing! The groomers and the assistants were extremely professional and gentle with my pet. I was honestly shocked to see how comfortable and happy Zuzu was throughout the grooming session.
