HUFT Electronic City team, especially Mataisang was incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted me in getting Golden Retriever puppy food and even arranged free home delivery, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. All the PawParents in ECity are a lucky bunch. The Heads Up for Tails store is an awesome place for all your 4 legged family members needs. From food, harness, leashes, outfits perfume, pet beds, the list goes on and on. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Mr Bistu was very helpful and guided me well. There is a spa also. Parking is also there but limited. Do visit if you stay or work in Ecity.

The ecity branch has been doing a fantastic job. The way the staff coordinate every time is really impressive. Groomers always listen carefully and they invite us inside and explain what is possible and how they can proceed with the grooming and set expectation clearly. I am very much happy and satisfied with the service.
