Very well maintained and wide range of products available for your pet needs. Well behaved staff.
The quality of the toys are bad, this rope toy is just a day old and with just one pull this thing breaks in half.. when I got it to the store the only response I get is 'Sorry cannot replace this'. I have spent over 10k in this store buying different things and the least they can do it atleast replace it. I also was in a mindset that I will pay extra and buy a different toy, still I get the same response. Not happening.. I am not coming back here or never will refer anyone here.
Called the shop and the lady put the phone down when I was making an enquiry - the lady was very rude and did not pick up my call later

It's so easy to find Wide range of products available Cat dog accessories Food Care Even in large quantities available Belts Food Snacks Bowl Toys Balls Etc... Available But quite costly Yea it's costly in market
