The quality of the toys are bad, this rope toy is just a day old and with just one pull this thing breaks in half.. when I got it to the store the only response I get is 'Sorry cannot replace this'. I have spent over 10k in this store buying different things and the least they can do it atleast replace it. I also was in a mindset that I will pay extra and buy a different toy, still I get the same response. Not happening.. I am not coming back here or never will refer anyone here.
