We had been to just dogs store with our cutie Angel for the photoshoot as they conduct these sessions in all cities where they have their stores. Very professional and friendly staffs here.. I take my pet for grooming since when he was small .. now it's 4yrs that we get him groomed here.. staffs handle pets very handy n mk sure the pet is comfortable.. And also they keep the pet parents very interactive organising events in the store like photoshoot, paw paint printing etc.. My pet always enjoys his grooming session n he will love going there to pick up his new toys 😍

WORST GROOMING EVER ! I recently brought my dog in for grooming, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had so far. Hygiene & Smell: My dog’s mouth and body were still smelling bad immediately after the session, and the odor only worsened within a few days. This indicates poor cleaning and handling. Grooming Quality: The haircut was very uneven and looked like it was done by someone inexperienced. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Handling: The overall grooming appeared careless, with little attention to proper washing or trimming. The only thing done consistently seemed to be spraying perfume to mask odors, which is not acceptable. Overall Experience: This was extremely disappointing and does not justify the effort or cost. Grooming should leave pets clean, comfortable, and well cared for — instead, my dog was poorly handled, left smelling worse, and looked untidy. I strongly recommend you review your grooming process, train your staff better, and ensure hygiene and professional standards are maintained.

To the Management of Just Dogs, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your store in September with my dog. While I generally enjoy visiting Just Dogs, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. After completing my visit and proceeding to pay, I observed an employee consuming gutkha or tambaku. I was quite taken back by this, as I have never witnessed such behavior from staff in any retail store. Furthermore, the employee's demeanor towards me was far from polite. This experience left a very negative impression. If such conduct is representative of your staff, I will be hesitant to visit your store again. This is very much unethical please look into it and take necessary action.
