I have an Indian breed which has a skin infection. Took her for a bath and was impressed with the way they handled the whole procedure from shaving to bathing with medicated shampoo. The price that they charged was so minimal where other stores charge a bomb. Happy pet = Happy owner 😊😊😊

I took my beagle to Namma Pet Boutique for grooming, a clinic visit, and boarding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff is so warm and caring—they treated my pup like their own. He came back looking fresh, feeling great, and most importantly, super happy! It’s clear they truly love what they do. Adding a picture of my dog just to show how well they took care of him. Highly recommend this place for any pet parent.

Extremely Traumatic Grooming Experience & Not Safe for Puppies We took our 4-month-old Shih Tzu puppy for his first grooming session, trusting this clinic because the doctor had previously been kind and caring during his vaccinations. Sadly, what happened during grooming was deeply distressing for both us and our puppy. From the beginning, the groomer appeared irritated and impatient. Even after we clearly informed him that our puppy was only 4 months old and this was his first grooming, he handled him very harshly. During the bath, shampoo foam went into our puppy’s eyes, causing severe irritation. He was crying continuously and couldn’t even open his eyes. Despite our repeated requests to be gentle, the groomer continued scrubbing him roughly, including his face and ears. Our puppy was visibly terrified, panicking, and completely exhausted. The drying process was even more frightening. He was handled roughly with towels and then exposed to a very loud, high pressure dryer directed toward his face, which made it hard for him to breathe. He was crying in distress, and when we tried to intervene, we were asked to step out of the room. After all this, they returned our puppy without even completing the haircut. When we asked about it, the groomer said he didn’t know the puppy was only 4 months old. He then began cutting the hair on our puppy’s face carelessly and ended up injuring the skin above his left eye with scissors. When we raised concern, it was dismissed as “just redness.” We were charged ₹1400 for this experience, which lasted more than 1.5 hours and left our puppy completely traumatized. Since then, our puppy has developed fever, vomiting, and extreme fear, getting scared even by small sounds. He has been unusually silent and clearly shaken. Watching him suffer like this has been heartbreaking for us as pet parents. We walked into the clinic with a healthy, happy puppy and came out with a frightened and unwell one. We are relieved that he is safe now, but no pet. especially a young puppy, should ever be treated this way. We trusted this place because of our earlier positive experience with the doctor, but after this incident, we will never return and cannot recommend this clinic for grooming.

I had visited NammaPetBoutique for my pet Shitzu(Jocky) 2nd vaccination.Instead done him medicated bathing Grooming in here. Very economical price they said. Staff members also good. Overall I like the atmosphere in there.
