Our cat had kittens and they were only 2 weeks old when we dropped them off. The owner took great care of the mother and babies. Would definitely recommend to all pet parents.
Extremely Unprofessional Experience! We had enquired about car boarding for our pet 4–5 days ago, and she had assured us that rooms were available. We specifically asked her to share videos of the rooms, and she confirmed she would. However, she kept delaying for several days and only after repeated follow-ups did she finally inform us that no rooms were available. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If rooms were not available, she should have informed us earlier instead of wasting our time for nearly a week. We relied on her word and were left with no other options at the last moment. Honestly, I have no idea how she has received five-star ratings when she cannot even provide timely communication or basic transparency. Definitely not recommending her to anyone.
I would not recommend this boarding facility for any pets. Although the caretaker handled my cats with basic care, the conditions in which they were kept were completely unacceptable. My cats were housed in a kitchen, which was unhygienic and had a strong unpleasant smell. No bed or blanket was provided for them. We take very good care of our cats, and seeing them kept in such conditions was extremely disappointing. We were charged ₹600 per cat per day and paid a total of ₹18,000 due to an emergency situation. For this amount, such poor accommodation and lack of basic comfort is unacceptable.
My pet loved Sona pet boarding experience as she got to spend time with other dogs there & I got videos as well showing that she was having fun with the other pets in the boarding. She stayed there for 7 days and made a lot of new friends. Overall, I recommend Sona Pet boarding and will definitely use their services for my upcoming trips.
I boarded my Shih Tzu, Bailey, for nearly a week, and the care provided by Shalini ma’am was exceptional. We felt completely at ease knowing how attentive and compassionate she was with our dog as well as with the other pets. Even on days when we forgot to ask for updates, she proactively shared photos or videos, which was very reassuring. They also offer video call options (subject to availability), and their prompt responses made the entire experience worry-free. Highly recommended !
