Great food and awesome vibes. They have a huge play area for pets. We have also left our 2 pets at boarding for 15 days, and the overall experience has been really fantastic. They share at least 5-6 video updates every day. And the staff is very experienced to handle pets with different temperament. They’re also experienced in giving any medications if needed. My pets had a wonderful time there and enjoyed playing with other dogs, the swimming sessions and grooming during the boarding time.

We visited Pups n Cups today with our dog, Penny, and boiii oh boi did she have a blast there ❤️ This is an amazing pet resort within the vicinity of the city. Perfect location by the lakeside. Very well maintained facility & friendly staff who genuinely care for all dogs. They have a community dog who sits right outside the gate whom they have named Lakshmikanth, haha, who is so dearly loved & cared for by the staff equivalent to their boarding dogs. The pool is very clean & nicely maintained, they have a filter inside the pool due to which the water is always clean. They gave us a tour of their boarding facility too on request- all rooms are very spacious, well ventilated, airy & receive ample sunlight, there wasn’t any smell too. We tried plain maggie & cold coffee in their café & both were YUM 😍 Their grooming salon has glass doors hence full transparency is ensured for pet parents while their dogs are inside for grooming. Overall a great experience. Can’t wait to revisit super soon 🤗

It's a good place to have a nice time with your furry partners. They have boarding also hence lot of furry friends you can find. They keep the not so friendly dogs separately to avoid any harm. They have a nap time for dogs which is 1 PM to 4.30 PM. They take really good care of dogs and feed them with very healthy food. We can order for our furry partners also while we enjoy our meal. The food is also really good. Best was Chicken Chilli, Snacks platter and cold coffee. Their Arabian platter was also nice (hummus, pota bread). The entry fee is 100 for dog accompanied with parent. If another parent wants to go on the field they charge 100/- extra. Pool charges may vary, need to connect with them to understand better.

Friendly & dedicated crew, clean premises with good pet care & boarding facilities. I visited with specially abled people..my squad, the extra care offered stole our hearts. It was "swept of feet " expirence with pets. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** We brought our dog for bathing and grooming. It was done perfectly. We would highly recommend Pups N Cups pet resort to all the fellow pet owners. Boarding and swimming pool facilities are also provided. You get to encounter very humble and knowledgeable staffs. Price wise it’s reasonable in comparison to other grooming facilities. They also have a cafe (Sukoon Cafe) for the hoomans.
