Duggu’s First Stay – Truly a Home Away from Home Our Shih Tzu, Duggu, had his very first boarding experience at Pet Stay Paradise, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! Caretaker Sanjay was incredibly attentive — food was always on time, and Duggu surprisingly picked up great habits like timely eating. He even started socializing with other dogs, which was a huge milestone for him. We loved getting regular photo updates that kept us reassured throughout. The complimentary bath was a sweet bonus, and Duggu came home looking fresh, happy, and well cared for. It truly felt like a vacation for him too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pet!

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared for my pet’s well-being. The facilities were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I loved the regular updates and photos they sent, which reassured me that my furry friend was having a great time. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service! I will definitely be bringing my pet back and highly recommend pet stay paradise for the other pet parents. The resort itself is clean, spacious, and designed with pets’ comfort in mind. I loved that they had separate play areas, cozy sleeping spaces, and plenty of activities to keep my pet engaged. When our usual boarding facility unexpectedly closed just a month before our scheduled holiday, we were concerned. Our search was complicated by our dog's minor medical conditions, which, while not requiring active treatment, meant we needed vigilant, thoughtful caretakers. After two stressful, unsuccessful trials elsewhere, we were anxious to find a reliable solution. A week before our departure, we called Pet Stay Paradise based on strong online reviews. Though it was quite a distance from our home, the initial conversation with Abhishek was reassuring. He immediately suggested we visit the facility with our dog for a proper introduction. On visiting we found the place to be home-like, with open space with sofas, beds, blankets, and carpets, alongside a medium-sized area for running and playing. Abhishek and his team did not rush the process. They introduced our dog to the space first while we were the only ones there. Next, they carefully brought in a friendly dog to gauge her temperament and help her acclimate. After a positive, hour-long session, we requested a trial separation, leaving her for a few more hours. During this time, the team sent us videos and photos, confirming she was comfortable and happy. This successful trial gave us immense peace of mind, leading to a follow-up one-day board, and finally, our 10-day holiday booking. During all the stays, we got regular updates of photos and videos (some specifically of our dog, and some of all dogs together). Like clockwork we would get the photos and videos four times a day, of the dog's morning walk + play, Breakfast + Poop, evening play time and Dinner + sleeping.. Net net, we would recommend Pet Stay Paradise to board your dog. Our dog had a happy time at their place.. As of writing this review, their google maps location is slightly off. The actual location is a few meters away from what google maps shows, but it is on the next parallel road. Abhishek guided us, and we reached there without any issue. The approach road is slightly narrow though, but you have enough place to park. Another small thing which mattered to us was that Sanjay, and his team of caretakers knew and called each dog by their name, and not that lab, the white one, Kaalu etc.. This showed that they cared about connecting with the dogs, and eventually proved to be true..

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pet Stay Paradise, and I’m so glad I chose them for my dog’s boarding. I left my 1-year-old female dog here, and this was her very first time staying at any boarding facility. As a pet parent, I was honestly very anxious and worried before leaving her. I had specifically requested that she be kept separate, as she is still young and adjusting, and I was so relieved to see how carefully and respectfully they handled this request. From the moment I dropped her off, the team was extremely kind, patient, and reassuring. They truly understand how hard it is to leave your pet behind, especially for the first time. What impressed me the most was the level of care, attention, and transparency they maintained throughout her stay. I received daily updates three times a day, including photos and videos, which gave me immense peace of mind. Seeing my dog happy, playful, relaxed, and well cared for made all the difference. It was clear that she was not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for with love. The environment felt safe, clean, and comfortable, and the staff treated her as if she were their own. They were attentive to her needs, routines, and comfort, which really shows their experience and passion for animals. I can confidently say that Pet Stay Paradise exceeded my expectations. If you’re a pet parent who feels nervous about boarding your dog—especially for the first time—this is a place you can trust without hesitation. I will definitely be choosing them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving, and professional pet boarding.
