Recently, I boarded my dog, Eddie, at Paw Palace. He seemed to be thoroughly enjoying his stay. They religiously share two videos a day, Also very organized. The hospitality there is exceptional. They treat us with utmost kindness and understanding. Additionally, they offer a convenient pickup and drop facility. They arrived on time without any hassle. I highly recommend Paw Palace. From now on, I’ll be dropping him off there whenever we need to.

left my dog Mona for 6 days at Paw Palace, and I’m really happy with the experience. The staff were caring, attentive, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. I recently boarded my two indie fur babies at Paw Palace. Paw Palace took good care of them. Everyday they shared videos of the babies playing and eating. A big thank you to the Paw Palace team and their handlers. I liked their services, especially the transport services, as it is very difficult to find them in other facilities. We recently boarded our fur baby, Sky (a Siberian Husky), at Paw Palace in Bangalore, and the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we dropped him off, the team made us feel completely at ease with their warmth and professionalism. The place is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, giving a very homely yet safe environment for pets. Sky was well taken care of, and the updates we received during his stay reassured us that he was happy and comfortable. The staff handled him with a lot of love and patience, which really means a lot to us as Husky parents, since they can be quite demanding at times. What stood out the most was their genuine affection for pets and the way they treat every fur baby like their own. When we picked Sky up, he looked cheerful, healthy, and clearly had enjoyed his stay. We are very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Paw Palace to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place to board their pets in Bangalore. We’ll surely choose them again whenever Sky needs a home away from home. 🐾❤️

This was the first time ever that we tried boarding for our Louis (Beagle), and our experience with Paw Palace has been really good. Everything was very smooth, right from pick-up to drop-off at our home. The team was very supportive and always just a call away whenever we wanted to check on our pet. Louis did not show any signs of sadness, which clearly shows that he was well cared for. Just one small request for improvement: some dogs, like mine, tend to pee multiple times. If possible, it would really help if he could be taken out once more in the evening after meals. His bed had a urine smell when he returned. Also, it would be great if a quick spa / cleaning could be given before dropping pets back home. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Paw Palace.
