We had visited for a procedure for our pet cat. Dr Nitin and his team did a fantastic job. The procedure was done with least discomfort to our pet and even post discharge it didn't had any problem. Moreover, his staff is well trained. Trusted and safe place for our pets.

However, from the very first consultation, Dr. Shanti Jha and his team put our minds at ease. They took the time to explain the entire procedure in great detail, walking us through the "before" and "after" expectations with immense patience and clarity. It was clear that we were in the hands of true professionals who not only possess deep medical expertise but also a genuine love for animals. ​The surgery was carried out beautifully and was a complete success. What truly sets this hospital apart, however, is the post-operative care. The recovery period for a TPLO is critical, and the team provided awesome support throughout. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care my pet received here. The whole team is incredibly kind, supportive and truly dedicated to what they do. You can really see the teamwork in the way they handle every case with patience. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable with the treatment plan. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful they are with follow-ups after treatment. they don’t just do their job and move on, they genuinely care about your pet’s recovery. It’s such a relief to have a veterinary hospital like this in our area. According to me this is the best pet hospital in Kasavanhalli, HSR layout Sarjapura and nearby area. Highly, highly recommend!
