Pathetic and very poor service.finally my beagle died due to wrong medication. Please refrain your pet to get check over here. Though for billing they are super charged but for curation it's big zero.

Had a great experience. Very nice staff and very skillfull and caring doctors. Had my cat consulted with Dr Roja who was very sweet and made sure we understood what out pet was going throw.. Over all the clinic is very clean washrooms were clean... And everything was available. Overall great experience

I'm the parent of snowbell, she is departed from our family on 5th feb 2026 due to old age, the service which is provided by Cessna that's quiet complete and geniune without any complaint. Special thanks to Dr Arjun and Mam Dr Gracy and other staffs too There service & knowledge to our pet was quiet recognise able.

Nurse Praveen Kumar is excellent at his job. From the very beginning, he provided therapy to my pet, and I could see tremendous improvement. This January, my Duster underwent major surgery at the Domlur branch. After four days, he was shifted to the E-City branch, where Praveen took wonderful care of him. Now my pet is absolutely fine. Praveen also visits our home to check on him. I am truly grateful to him. Thank you so much.

Cleanliness & Facilities: The clinic was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern tools. Waiting time was reasonable, and appointments ran on time. Care & Follow-up: Post-treatment follow-up was excellent. They checked in after the appointment and were available for any questions or concerns.
