Our association with Dr Gautam and the clinic is since 2016 - 2025. He has treated both my furry babies Bonkers and Pixie for various ailments and regular check ups. My first dog Bonkers was diagnosed with Cancer in 2023 - I remember that Dr Gautam looking at the advanced stage he was in - advised us to just let him live out his days without subjecting him for any further surgeries and chemo .... ( as a pet parent I dediced to still go ahead with the surgeries and chemo in ANOTHER CLINIC with another DOCTOR as they gave us HOPE on a dying pet) . I saw how the chemo first killed the spirit of my happy boy and then slowly pass away. His last day he suffered so much. This feedback is related to our recent interactions with Dr Gautam and Team for care of my second dog - Pixie. What I appreciated most was how calm and caring he was with my spoilt princess. Not getting into the medical details of her treatment ( that was at par) - He was honest about her conditions at all point in time. No false hope were given or subject her to unnessary tests. She was made comfortable to her final rest. She was 11years 4 months old at that time.
