Highly Disappointed with Just Dogs Koramangala I’ve been a regular customer at Just Dogs Koramangala, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I took my dog in for a wash and grooming, and was initially informed that the service would take about an hour. However, after not hearing back from the store, I called to check and was told it would take an additional two hours due to a power issue. I had to rush back and take my dog without the grooming being completed — and was still charged a hefty ₹1700 just for the bath. I understand that unforeseen issues like power outages can occur, but it is the store’s responsibility to keep the pet owner informed in a timely manner. The earlier staff were far more professional and efficient. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied with the current service

We used to visit Just Dogs Indiranagar branch. Now we reach them in Koramangala (even if it is a bit far for us). The service was amazing. Our Cookie (Shit Zu) gets his regular grooming once a month at this place along with lots of treats. They have a great collection of pet items. Prices are reasonable and don't forget to ask for discounts. Some discounts are based on your cards. Also ask for bulk payment, you will get some sessions free. Parking is an issue as it is next to the traffic signal so plan accordingly. There is ample space but the "no parking" sign is the spoiler. You need to give at least 1.5 to 2 hours so check out the mall and food places near by.

Extremely poor service. I placed an online order for Farmina N&D via their “swift delivery” platform. Instead of being delivered within a few hours, the order arrived after 3 days, and the product was nearly expired. It has now been 12 days since the product was picked up, but there has been no replacement or refund. The team has also become completely unresponsive on both WhatsApp and email. I would not recommend purchasing any products from them online.

Very disappointed with recent quality of scrummy chicken & liver wet food I have been regularly buying Scrummy chicken & liver wet food for my small Shih Tzu, Louie. I hand-feed my dog, so I can clearly feel the texture of the food. From the last few boxes, I noticed small hard particles inside the food – like tiny stone or bone-dust type pieces. For a wet chicken & liver food, this should not happen at all. My dog is very small and I cannot risk feeding any hard particles to him. Earlier the quality was better. Recently the product quality and even quantity feel downgraded. Because of this issue, I am stopping this product and shifting to Royal Canin. I am giving this review only because of serious quality concern and for the safety of my baby
