Avery disgusting and bad experience. Just know how to mint money from people. The doctor is not trained enough. No hygiene maintained. The clinic just has good interiors nothing else. i had been to the clinic with a month old kitten at around 10pm since it was an emergency but the doctor never treated my kitten who was 1 month old having 109 fever. the only thing she asked me do is let the temperature of the kitten come down and then only i will be able to treat the pet. so she asked her to forcefully make her sit on cold ice slabs and cold wet cloth which initially for that night got the fever down and she gave some 2 injections later on telling it will put the fever down for 2-3 hours but the fever will come back. I being a pet patients owner constantly asked her if we need a blood test to be done or scan and all the doctor said was its too early for us to do blood test or scan we will wait and see if it gets more worse is when we will take blood test is what was told by the doctor. i was charged a heavy emergency fees but no emergency treatment was given. the doctor treated a 1 yrs old cat with just 104 fever and dog who by the way came after me and then when i yelled at her is when she came angrily and gave some injections and asked me to leave. She did not even change her gloves that she was using to treat the cat and infected dog both the doctor and her assistant came just like that and when asked she threw tantrums by sarcastically taunting me and throwing the worn gloves infront of me sanitizing her entire arm and then wearing a new pair of gloves. the most disgusting attitude Dr. has got. the next day when i went to another vet cause the kitty had fever up to 109 again the first thing they did was took a blood test and realized that her platelets had fallen to 47k but the actual count should have been btwn 1.50 L to 5 L. The doctors in the other clinic also said that due to giving cold treatment to such a small kitten she is likely to get seizure attacks and her nervous system and brain will slowly start numbing which by the way did happen. On 14th May my kitty passed away with seizure attacks at 10:30 Pm. She was soo scared and in so much pain that she started biting her paws soo hard that it was nearly difficult to let her relieve her hand. It was the most dreadful thing for a pet parent too watch especially knowing that the condition your kitten is in is because it was not diagnosed properly and given good care the first time it was taken to a hospital. PLEASE DO THINK A HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS PARTICULAR CLINIC ALL THEYY DO BEST IS MINT MONEY.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We rushed to Crown Vet Hospital early in the morning in an emergency as my pet had sudden facial swelling due to an infection. It was too early, and we had searched so many hospitals—Crown Vet was the only one open 24/7. The staff attended to us immediately and treated my pet with great care and kindness. Their prompt response, professionalism, and compassionate treatment made a huge difference during a stressful time. So thankful for their support and highly recommend them to all pet parents!
I had a wonderful experience at the veterinary clinic with my dog. The vet and staff were extremely kind, patient, and gentle, which really helped keep my dog calm and comfortable. They took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment clearly, answered all my questions, and showed genuine care and compassion. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and pet-friendly. I truly felt that my dog was treated like family. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for professional and loving care for their pets.
