We rescued one of our community dogs, Baga, after he was brutally attacked by aggressive dogs from another territory. His injuries were severe, and he was immediately taken to Papas for treatment. During his stay at the boarding facility, Baga unfortunately contracted tick fever, and his medical reports were extremely concerning. However, Dr. Jyosthana’s dedication, patience, and deep love for animals made all the difference. With the right treatment and constant care, she ensured Baga’s steady recovery and brought him back to normal health. He was boarded for two months and was treated with immense compassion and affection throughout his stay. Kudos to Dr. Jyosthana for her unwavering commitment, patience, and genuine care towards animals.

A wonderful place for pets! 🐾 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic — the team is kind, humble, and truly caring. They coordinate well and make sure your pet gets the right treatment without stressing out the pet or the pet parent. The staff explains everything clearly, and you’ll get to know if there are any other issues to take care of. I’m genuinely satisfied with the service. If you want a clinic that treats your furry friend with love, patience, and professionalism and as a family , this is the place to go! 🩺❤️🐶🐾

Inexperienced vets. My cat was dehydrated and his creatinine was slightly elevated. Unnecessarily prescribed iv fluids saying "it'll flush out creatinine" creatinine cannot be "flushed out" the body will simply produce more, specially when the animal is stressed. Repeatedly pushed for iv fluids even when there was no clinical improvement in the cat, infact his cbc and creatinine was worse the next day. Focus is only on numbers instead of treating the symptoms. Why give subcutaneous injections when you can charge for oral medicine? Even when oral medicine is less effective and more difficult to give? Greed is the answer. No mention of alternative treatment route, unnecessary supplements, specially bitter tasting ayurvedic tonics are prescribed, these are difficult to give to the pet due to the bad taste and their effectiveness is questionable at best. Told me its okay to give him bone broth when it actually was not. Bone broth is higher in phosphorus which is not good for the kidneys when the cat is sick. The vets did not mention this and i found out about this from the other clinic i went to. I dont know if my cat would have survived if we hadn't switched clinics. Additionally, the this clinic consistently smells bad, the smell clings to your clothes and the pet's fur. The smell has been there for the last three years and i can only question the hygiene. In the 6 hours i spent there with my cat while he got his iv fluids, they wouldn't even clean his urine unless i asked them to. My cat made a complete recovery in 4 days at the new clinic, the new place gave him antibiotics, rantac and steroid as subcutaneous injections and pet version of orsl called oralade. i genuinely dont know if he would have survived if we continued with papa's lifeline. Please avoid this clinic at all costs. They are incompetent and greedy, if you love your pet and want the best for them, avoid this place at all costs.

We had a great experience at Papas. There was an emergency rescue case of a dog and the vet attended the dog on priority. They were providing regular updates and all the staffs were caring for the stray dog like how they would care for any other dog. They were considerate to provide some discount and the vet followed through until the last day of discharge. 5* to their care, affection and treatment.

I can’t thank Papa’s Lifeline Hospital enough for the care they gave to a 16-year-old street dog I had been feeding for years. One day, she collapsed on the road, and without a second thought, Eshwar immediately arranged for an ambulance. From that moment on, I knew she was in the right hands. The atmosphere at the hospital gave me so much peace — especially at the reception where Mr. Sarvesh and Febin were incredibly supportive and acted immediately. Dr. Jyothsna saw Rani without delay, diagnosed her with severe tick fever, and started treatment right away. Her HCB was a dangerously low 3%, and she was given a transfusion. Miraculously, within two days, she started walking and eating again. Dr. Jyothsna has truly given Rani a second life — I honestly see her as a goddess. Throughout the week, even on days I couldn’t visit, Sarvesh made sure to send me updates with videos and calls. His calm nature and willingness to explain everything really meant a lot. The handlers were also extremely gentle and kind while handling Rani, which is rare to find. From tick fever, a tumor, spondylitis, and mange — Rani is now recovering well, all thanks to the dedicated and compassionate team here. Eshwar has helped me countless times and continues to be a blessing. I will be forever grateful to Papa’s Lifeline Hospital and their amazing team for saving Rani and treating her with love and dignity.
