The services are good, no doubt. The owner is very considerate and kind. But I strongly recommend all pet parents to stay with their dog when the grooming is happening. I caught the groomer behaving rude with my Siberian husky while bathing him. I caught him smacking my baby’s head with the shower head. The owner when informed, immediately took action and personally monitored the grooming. Very grateful for that. But I felt it is my duty to inform the other parents out there to be careful. This review is not to spread any hate or negativity, but a caution to all pet parents.

Hugs did an absolutely fantastic job grooming them – it's truly the best grooming they've ever had! They look and feel so happy and well-cared for. Beyond the excellent grooming, I also really appreciate the availability of doctor services. It's so important to know that our furry family members can receive essential medical attention in a place where they are already comfortable and known. What truly sets your place apart is the obvious love and understanding you and your team have for animals. You clearly know the pets in your care, and that provides such peace of mind. On top of all that, your services are also very affordable, which is a huge plus. And it's clear that everyone there is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Very disappointing and irresponsible service. The grooming was done poorly, and the haircut was so badly finished that loose, sharp hair kept pricking my dog’s eyes. This caused excessive tearing, and at one point one eye was even forced shut due to the irritation. To make matters worse, it appeared that an unclean or infected blade was used during grooming, which later caused severe itching and discomfort for my pet. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and basic safety standards. What is even more concerning is that the groomer gave medicines to my pet without any veterinary consultation or prescription, which is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Overall, this experience was extremely stressful for both me and my pet. I would strongly caution other pet owners before choosing this service & later we got to know that they normally charge 1800/- but has asked us for 2000/- .

This grooming service is highly unprofessional and unsafe. After grooming here, my Husky developed a severe skin infection with excessive hair fall, relentless itching, heavy dandruff, rough damaged skin, and multiple lumps across the body. Despite charging an unreasonably high amount, the grooming quality was extremely poor with no proper haircut. The most serious and unacceptable issue is that the infection was caused due to the use of an infected/unclean blade, indicating complete negligence of hygiene and basic safety protocols. This is not a minor mistake—it is a serious health hazard. What makes the situation worse is that the groomer recklessly suggested a syrup without any veterinary consultation, which is not legally or ethically acceptable. After giving this medicine, my dog vomited, clearly showing the danger of such irresponsible advice. My dog was healthy before this visit and is now physically damaged, traumatized, and suffering. Watching my pet deteriorate like this is heartbreaking, and the emotional, medical, and financial damage caused is significant. My dog currently looks extremely unwell and distressed due to this grooming experience. I am extremely dissatisfied and demand a formal apology and accountability for the harm caused. I strongly urge pet parents to avoid this place unless they want to risk their pet’s health and safety. This experience reflects gross negligence, and such practices should not be tolerated in any pet care facility.
