We didnt have good experience with the doctors at Blue Cross. We got a stray kitten for treatment here when he started vomiting. They put him on drip at 10.45 am and called us at 4.30 pm for another drip. They told us not to give him any water or food. Next drip was supposed to be done next day morning when the clinic opens. The kitten was so dehydrated that we lost him that night. It’s our mistake that we trusted the doctors that they handles animal on regular basis and would know better. We should have taken him to other hospital. I would suggest people to be careful with their kitten’s and not to rely on Blue Cross for treatment.

Blue cross Veterinary is a good place for your pet since Dr. Girish is well versed. He is a vet surgeon who knows his job. The place needs to maintained in terms of cleanliness & I am aware it’s difficult because every minute there is a new pet coming for consultation. No parking as it’s on a crowded road in Jayanagar 4th block.

I got my GSD neutered and his surgery done here . Dr Girish is an excellent surgeon and could diagnose without any delay and the surgery went very well and his recovery was also smooth . Would have been excellent if the support staff were cordial / sympathetic.

Doctor Vinay is really caring and handled my dogs case so well without giving us panic attacks we actually lost hope and was above to go for surgery but with his confidence we were able to get our dog out of danger without surgery and after two days he is in very good condition and we thank him so much

Doctor is good so the place is acceptable. He is kind caring skilled and very animal friendly. He will make sure the animal is well treated. That's the best n most important part. But this cannot be said for the rest. There are a lot of areas of improvement. Not that there is shortage of staff. But there is shortage of structuring and planning. Professionalism is lacking. So is scheduling. Appointment records should be maintained and honoured. Place Can be kept more cleaner with more sanitizer for visitors. Tools, machines, table can be kept sterile or with fresh disposable mats everytime. Staff should know what and how to speak with the customers. Petty arguments make one loose respect.
