Had absolutely horrible experience. I took my cat for grooming and the groomer there suggested zero cut, I refused it immediately because I have a persian cat and my vet has specifically asked me to not trim his hair too short and never do zero. I specifically told the groomer to just trim and not do it short. The groomer then suggested a 3.5 mm blade to be used. As a pet owner who is not a freaking professional groomer, how am I supposed to know that 3.5 mm wouldn’t be too short. I was assured that the hair cut will not be short and usually I wait the entire time and see the grooming being done but this time I had to leave the cat in their care and I trusted them because I have been here 5 times before. The groomer didn’t offer any patch test and my mistake that I trusted them based on my past experience. They gave absolutely inexperienced groomers for cats and I am never visiting any of their branches. I don’t know what kind of money making hell whole are they running and hiring just anyone for grooming pets. I will not let this go and file a complaint against vetic with required governing body. This is an absolute trauma for my pet and my family.

Take my indie Cheeku here. Extremely competent doctors and staff. Able to handle Cheeku very well. Don't do unnecessary testing. Highly recommend !

Amazing experience at Vetic. I took my cutie girls Mishti and Honey for a spa bath session here and it was truly a great experience. They take of your pets like their own babies and handle them with so much care. Being pet parents, it is very important for all of us that our babies are treated well. Their groomers are great and do everything with so much patience and care. There was a post grooming check done by their Vet. Overall a great experience and you must visit.

They charge a ton for membership but can't do an emergency consultation for my cat? Straight up denied. Definitely never going back. There are better vets in HSR who wants to care for your pet. Safe to say I'm cancelling my membership and never taking my baby back there.

Extremely disappointing experience. This place focuses not on well being of pets but generally check how they can mint money . I had taken my cat and the doctors are so inexperienced, infact suggested whole of tests and tests.i dint see any progress in my cat. Every alternate day I was asked to repeat tests spending thousands of rupees.. The lady at reception is more interested in selling packages than understanding ones urgency. Very cold and unkind staff. Even till date doctors are unable to find what was the root cause for all these . Very very hopeless place and would not recommend anyone. This place is nothing but money making scam.. I just cannot say how worse these people are. Here the doctors aren't there to save your pet but to just extort money from you. I had taken my pet as it was not eating and vomitting . They said it's dehydrated and give IV fluids. We continuously went for 4 days . Each day they were extorting close to 3k. My pets condition worsened . And today after almost 5 days I just cut open the band aid in which IV was given and to my surprise I found the needle still there . My poor pet was struggling with pain. The doctors nor the staff or whoever it is dint have basic courtesy to say that the needle canula is still there . Disgusting and horrible doctors. These people should be suspended and I got sure raise this in right forum. All you customers you all can better opt for some government hospitals for your pet they give better service ...
