We have been leaving our Shih Tzu, Emma, at Roms and Raks whenever we travel and we truly cannot recommend them enough. He takes care of everything- feeding her on time, giving her medicines, and making sure she’s comfortable and happy. What we appreciate most are the regular updates with photos and videos, which give us peace of mind and let us see Emma enjoying herself even while we’re away.
