I had the worst experience visiting this salon, my male cat had an extreme fever and peed in the basket on my way home from the vet. I took my cat to the salon for a dry bath, they started making faces and said "it is smelling very bad we can't touch that cat you can take it back". I don't understand you people have started a salon not a perfume shop, why do you expect people to bring you neat and tidy pets, if we have to groom them by ourselves why would we bring them to your salon? I don't recomend anyone to go to this salon.

The women who works here I think she is new on jobs. She followed me when I chosing products as if I am a thief, it was so disrespectful I been shoping here for years. And when I tried to talk she kept attending her phone calls... Not visiting here again.
