Comfort Hotel, Amritsar by Choice Hotels

Stayed here for a family function and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding, fresh linen, and all amenities thoughtfully provided. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, had excellent acoustics and lighting, and the seating arrangement was perfectly planned for our event.

The rooms in the hotel are quite spacious, which is definitely a plus. However, the overall cleanliness needs improvement. The bedsheets were not very clean, and the towels were also of poor quality. Unfortunately, the catering service was disappointing as well, both in terms of quality and service. There is no hot water which is needed in winter. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its large rooms, but it needs to improve its hygiene standards and food service to offer a better experience.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed—it truly felt like a home in Amritsar. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. The property has very polite staff specially mr. Abhishek ji he made the stay even more relaxing & comfortable. I can't wait to return!
