This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Our stay here was very unpleasant. The room lacked the basic amenities such as toiletries (shower gel, dental kit).On enquiry it was mentioned that are waiting on stocking up. The breakfast buffet was pathetic and lacked hygiene. It is not worth the amount we paid. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I had a bad experience , I ask for a coffee at morning they don't give till night not even towels, I have to call the 10 time still they don't come. Rooms are very compact can't even share with my partner 😭😭😭 And lifts not working. Have to wait 10,15 mins Band experience in my lifeeeee

I am a driver and the hotel runs because of a driver, maybe everyone knows this, but tell me about his hotel, it was 11:40 pm, I told him that I am tired. I am tired the whole day, will I get something to sleep? Two people said I will get it when we came to the hotel, later in the night there was someone else sitting there, a tall man, he said wait, at that time it was 11:45. It was already midnight and he said should I stop and then he said there is nothing, don't you people make a room for driving, what is the use of building such a big hotel, moreover he did not ask me for dinner whether I want to eat or not,,,,,,Even the water we asked for was not available. If we, the driver, do not get enough sleep, will we be able to take our guests to their destination safely? If any accident occurs on the way, the hotel staff will be responsible. ,,,This is my question to all the guests who come and to the owner of the hotel. Sir, you have to answer this. The bathrooms given to me were so useless that you people cannot even think about it. And if anyone from the hotel needs to talk to me, the name above is my social media account, they can DM me whenever they want.

Our experience with this hotel was disappointing and horrible. The 4.9 star rating on Google reviews is definitely misleading. The first red flag was incorrect name and address on the receipt we received for our advanced payment and their unwillingness to resend a corrected receipt. For our stay, we booked a family room with two king beds. Even though the room and bathroom were spacious, they were extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were several suspicious stains on curtains, pillows, bedsheets and the room walls. We had to ask the staff to change the bedding which they did. The bathroom was extremely dirty and had black mould around the sink and the toilet which can be harmful if you have allergies and are immuno-compromised. It clearly shows that they do not thoroughly clean and sanitise the rooms after each stay. We also had quite bad luck with other guests staying the night as they were unmindful, loud and obnoxious at midnight. Since the hotel do not impose 'Quiet Hours', there is no guarantee of peaceful sleeps. Overall the hotel is pretty substandard compared to what they've advertised for. It surely does not have 4 star amenities. They do not even have WiFi. We had to shorten our stay to one night from two nights booking. Definitely NOT a place to stay if you prioritize a good night's relaxation and cleanliness. The single star is for the food quality even though the utensils were again... not clean at all.

Very disappointing experience. My tours and travels booked this hotel for two nights based on its 4.9 rating, but the reality was completely different. The food quality was poor and the rooms were unhygienic. The towel provided in my bathroom was extremely dirty and looked like it had bird droppings on it. The bed was in very bad condition making noise even when turning sides, and one side was sunken. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep properly at all. This hotel does not even deserve a 2-star rating. The online rating is misleading. The only positive thing about this hotel was All-rounder Baljeet Sing Sir. He was very helpful, polite, and always available during lunch, dinner, or whenever help was needed. Thanks to him for the support. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
