Great hotel to stay in amritsar if you are visiting golden temple . Very nice and helpful people and excellent food .
Loved the experience. Very coperative staff, good location, Neat and clean rooms, and very good and tasty food. Keep it up.
Disappointing Experience – Power Cut and Poor Staff Response I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was a power cut that lasted for over 4 hours during the night, and unfortunately, the hotel staff was completely unhelpful throughout the situation. No backup power was provided, and there was no communication or support from the staff during the blackout. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue the next day and asked for compensation or a refund, the staff refused to take responsibility. What was especially frustrating was that the manager Manju ,who had been very sweet and welcoming at the time of booking, became dismissive and rude once the problem occurred. Her attitude completely changed, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, she was defensive and unprofessional. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also left me feeling misled and poorly treated. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you expect basic reliability and respectful customer service.
I went there with my friends. While booking the room they were very sweet and didn't inform us about any electricity problem. But they showed their true colours when the power cut lasted for over 4 hours during the night, we asked them again and again about resolving that issue but every time they assured us by giving only false hope . No backup power was provided, and after sometime they stopped to pickup our calls . Next Day, when we raised the issue and asked for compensation they refused to do so. I would never recommend this hotel.
Good location for the Golden Temple this hotel is very relaxing. The manageress is called Samson and she a great hostess. I had a nice warm welcome here and I would stay here again if I return to Amritsar.
