No doubt stuff is good but staff is irresponsible and dont bother about commitment .They told me verbally that they gave me discount but when at the same time only i asked for bill , saw bill but no discount was there after inquiring to the lady on the counter she said ,”oo i forgot” ,she made fool out of me .I booked some product a week before but i didnt get that when i reached there.The lady told me they will cal me back n send that at home even after a week i didnt get any reply from their side . Above all , on giving complaints on whatsapp no one reply back. Very disappointed with the staff at last im posting it here.
The perfect place where you can get a variety of stuff for your loving pet under the one roof and the promise they make about the exchange of the sizes in the coats and sweatshirts are amazing 🙏👍😇
Horrible experience! I took my poodle for his regular grooming! The person really mishandled my pet. Despite of telling him again n again he was not ready to agree.. He was handling my poodle so roughly.. Beware of this place:. Think twice before u take ur pet to this place.. literally had to take my pet ahead the same moment to Waggy Tails..
Worst experience.... They are only selling their products... Only one groomer was there and was not able to handle the pet.... Horrible management.... Very unprofessional
we bought labrador black of 35 days in 17k, they assured and gurranted its pure labrador and lateron we found it mix with labra and golden retriever. pls be carefull, they cheated us. this time is our time might be next is yours. they are not honest people.
