Incorrect information shared in travel apps. Provided different bed not the one shown in picture. In itinerary they promised free parking but on arrival they refused to provide Saraghari parking charges

The hotel staff is good, but the room is very bad. Considering the price, the room is not worth it at all. I have stayed here twice, and both times I found the rooms very dirty. The blankets are filthy, and the bed sheets and pillows are also unclean. I don’t want anyone to stay in this hotel and end up falling sick.
