My husband booked this hotel for my family members for 20 people and they have such rude staff and zero service and they treat guest like hell and they did not know how to treat guest not happy with staff and hotel service

The staff was really awesome and cooperative. The service was mind blowing. We stayed here about 75 members and the owner made all the arrangement so quickly. Really thanks to the management. Must visit☺️
I would like to explain about this hotel and Staff such uneducated people are working there whom did not know how to treat guest, I was vist yesterday with my 20 family members there for my weeding reception party we choose this hotel coz which resort we booked it was just next to it, Vishal and jasskaran whom are working there as employee of hotel broadway they did not know how to talk with guest, Our all family members came from Italy, Zero guest service and Zero management. I am not happy with service and with staff. I would recommend to others they have zero management services and they did not know how to treat guest such a rude staff Not happy with them
