First time experience with Zigly was the best. But maybe it was the first one, that’s why it was the best. They have good groomers, no doubt about that, but my second appointment didn’t happen because, for them, walk-in customers were more important than the customer who had taken the appointment a week back. I was supposed to take their grooming package today and had taken the appointment a week ago, but when I entered the store, I got to know that there was a walk-in customer’s pet, and they said, we have to take them as well, we will take your babies one by one. I was seriously taken aback knowing their policy that even if you have taken an appointment, it doesn’t matter, as for them walk-in customers are important and will be treated on a first come first served basis. Either they should remove this appointment process altogether or mention to everyone that it will be on a first come first served basis, and you can try your luck by just walking in. They have two tables for grooming, and I have two pets. I had actually confirmed and followed up with them twice to ensure my appointment was fixed for both my babies. But when I reached there, I got to know there was a walk-in, and they would take him and one of my babies, while the other one had to wait. The best part was the manager’s response. When I questioned him and said I would put this feedback on Google and the company website, he casually said, it’s your wish ma’am. That’s how they treat their customers. They have stores across India, and for them, appointments don’t matter which is seriously unprofessional. My suggestion to other pet parents is, even if you have taken an appointment, don’t think your babies will be taken for grooming according to the time. I’m glad I got to know how the management and appointments work at Zigly before taking the package. I won’t be recommending them because there’s no appointment policy, no time management, and the management’s attitude clearly shows they don’t care. The simple answer was, it’s your wish. Actually, it would be the customer’s wish after getting such an experience.

The grooming team here is top-notch. Not only was the bath and haircut great, but they also took care of the 'little things' like a thorough nail trim and ear cleaning without me even having to ask.
