I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Mugdha and Dipesh Sir for the love, patience, and exceptional treatment they gave to my kitten, Tiger, When my 4-month-old kitten suffered a femur fracture after a fall. Several vets told us surgery was the only option. It felt overwhelming and frightening. But Dr. Mugdha and Dipesh Sir treated him with such confidence, compassion, and expertise—and unbelievably, Tiger healed beautifully without any surgery or even a plaster. Watching his recovery felt nothing short of a miracle. Since then, Tiger has shifted completely to home-cooked food under their guidance, and the change is remarkable. His coat, texture, strength, and overall health have improved drastically. Even during his neutering procedure, the anesthesia used was very gentle—there was no excessive drowsiness or negative reaction, and his recovery was quick and smooth. They are not just doctors; they are true animal lovers first. That’s what makes them understand pets so deeply. The way they treat every animal at the clinic makes pets feel comfortable, safe, and at home. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Happy Pets from past 4-5 years, Dr. Mugdha is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also truly compassionate when it comes to animals. She took great care of my pet beagle (Dombie) and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very reassured. The clinic is well-maintained, and she is very attentive and kind. Dr. Mugdha has been my dogs’ vet since the COVID period, and even though I’ve moved cities and even countries, I still go back to her for advice. Anyone who relocates often knows how hard it is to find a vet you can truly trust. In 2020, when one of my dogs had a severe infection and I was new to Ahmedabad during lockdowns and had tried multiple vets, Dr. Mugdha was an absolute blessing. She is extremely knowledgeable, very analytical, and looks at every issue from multiple angles. What really stands out is how approachable she is and how clearly she explains things. She takes the time to educate pet parents (she taught me the dos and don’ts of cleaning ears and giving massages for my dogs), and she is incredibly gentle and patient with animals. Both my dogs were usually very anxious at the vet, but she always made them feel comfortable. I also really value her openness to a more holistic approach to healing. She is happy to discuss lifestyle changes and other supportive options. The focus is always on the pet’s overall wellbeing, not just prescriptions. When I was in Sweden and my dog was taken into emergency care, the first thing I did was share his reports with Dr. Mugdha to get her opinion on whether euthanasia was truly the only option. She made me understand different scenarios and supported me through one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. If it wasn’t for her guidance, I would have still doubted my decision. Dr. Mugdha and her husband are very passionate about what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both pets and their humans. Their dedication is exactly why people like me keep coming back to them, even across borders.

I’ve been taking my Shih Tzu, Rio, to Dr.Mugdha since he was just 45 days old, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better vet. She not only treated and saved him from parvo at such a young age, but has cared for him with the same love and attention she would give her own baby. Now that Rio is 4 years old, she still guides us with honesty, patience, and genuine concern. Every visit feels reassuring because I know he’s in the safest hands. Dr. Mugdha takes time to properly examine the pet and explain everything clearly, including vaccination schedules, vaccine quality, and basic care. She believes in minimal and necessary medication and avoids giving supplements like multivitamins or calcium unless truly required, especially for very young kittens. What we really appreciated is her focus on safe vaccination practices, correct handling, and overall long-term health of the pet, not just quick treatment.
