Took my pup for a spa day and was really impressed. The groomers were so patient, even though my dog was pretty nervous. The little 'report card' they gave at the end was such a sweet touch! He came out looking and smelling amazing. You can tell the staff genuinely love animals and know what they’re doing. Definitely my new go-to spot

Be aware guys and they are not taking any action against the staff also and also hurt my dog and there staff is fresher they don’t know how to dry so be aware while putting your dog in head up for tails. We have done many mails and complaint to Cust care but there is no response

Worst experience ever!! Be aware guy’s if you are putting your pet over there for grooming by trusting them then don’t do coz as of now there staff is fresher and they don’t even know how to dry a pet as I’ve husky and the sales person was also drying my dog and they don’t know how to dry every person was doing dry and there groomer also tell that don’t do like this the pet skin will burn and they hurt my dog ear while cleaning his ear and he get hurt in the ear any the manager Sandeep even not taking any action and not even apologised!! And inside all staff was dancing over there and if over dog is howling then the staff also start howling like a dog and irritate the dog. They are just doing time pass over there they didn’t even hesitate and while taking appointment they will tell that David will do the grooming but they lied and grooming is done by all the freshers that don’t know anything!! So just be aware and recently their staff is new and fresher. Worst experience ever!! I’ve whole CCTV
