It's a good place for pets grooming. The staff has a very positive approach to the feedback. pupparazi was our first place for our pets and it is still the same. We have never even thought of grooming at somewhere else ever. And must try the swimming sessions. The swimming trainer is very helpful and makes sure our pets enjoy the swimming sessions.

Ideal Spot for Dog Lovers – Fantastic Park & Pet-Friendly Club! This location is truly a treasure for dog lovers! As a proud owner of a lively Doberman, I’m always on the lookout for places where he can run around freely, and this park is perfect for letting him expend his daily energy. The open space is large, well-kept, and ideal for energetic dogs. The adjoining Club is a wonderful perknot only is it welcoming to pets, but they also offer a special menu just for dogs! It’s delightful to sip on a coffee while my furry friend enjoys his snack. The staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is just right for both pets and their owners. I highly recommend this spot if you’re seeking a fun outing with your dog!

I wouldn’t recommend Puppetazi Club for grooming. The place is not clean or well-maintained, and the AC wasn’t working, making it uncomfortable. Multiple big dogs, including golden retrievers, were barking around my Shih Tzu Milo, leaving him terrified and shaking — there’s no proper system for grooming one dog at a time. The grooming table was not sanitised until I asked them to clean it, and the waiting area was dirty too. Overall, the setup felt unhygienic and stressful. I’d suggest finding a more professional and pet-friendly grooming centre.

The best place for your furry babies! I was a little reluctant at first, but my puppy had its first swim here—and absolutely loved it! From the moment we entered the club to the time we left, the staff was incredibly pet-friendly and took such good care of my dog. They have a great variety of dog products to choose from as well. I’m super satisfied with the experience and will definitely be bringing my dog here every month for socializing and grooming!

We’ve been coming at Pupparazzi for a long time, but the recent experiences has been extremely disappointing. The care and attention towards pets has dropped drastically compared to before. Management no longer show the same concern for anxious dogs. Barking, visibly anxious dogs are left unsupervised without any comfort or attention or bare minimum water bowls were also not available Despite having multiple breeds inside the pool, no instructor was present, we were told “Labradors know swimming naturally” which is highly irresponsible.. This lack of basic care and safety is unacceptable for a pet facility. Pets are not just customers, they are family, and they deserve far better handling than this.
