I had taken my Pug, who is 10 years old, to the clinic in a very serious condition before 2 months , he was unable to walk a single step. Dr. Tina gave us hope, and within a month, she helped him gradually recover and start walking again. Now, he is perfectly fine. We are truly grateful to Dr. Tina for giving him a new life. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Tina’s assistant. He was rude and not at all helpful. There were no appointment slots available, and even when I explained that it was an urgent situation, they didn’t care. It felt like the schedule was more important to them than the animal’s health. I even called and messaged Dr. Tina personally, but she didn’t respond. This kind of unprofessional and careless behavior is unacceptable. Honestly, I don’t even want to give one star for this experience.
Heartfelt Thank you Doctor Tina Giri. Can't say enough good words for her, from the moment we walked in with our pet's, the staff members are warm and welcoming. She is always available on call, chats even at midnight she would answer the call and guide us accordingly. She took time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushed. The only drawback was the lack of a receptionist at the front desk—there was no one to greet or assist with appointments when I arrived, which caused a bit of confusion. Overall, a great place for pet care, but a little improvement in front desk management would make the experience perfect.
