I left Raphael with them for four days, and I’m really happy with the care he received. They took excellent care of him he was very comfortable and happy throughout his stay. His food was given on time, and all his needs were well taken care of. I also received regular updates, I truly appreciate their love and attention toward my pet and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to leave their dog.

The best place for my little boy Goofy. Infact he has best time with them, than me. They entertain him more than me. The couple Mr. & Mrs. Kiran are lovely and they are basically animal lovers, especially dogs. Their children are so very fond of furry friends. All 4 take care of pets so well. My little furry friend protests to come back home, when I go to pick him up. These 4 people are great n lovely souls and whenever I go out of town I go confidently, because my little angel is safe hands ... Thanks to them and God bless this family.🙏🙏🙏

Our beloved Labrador JACK aged about 10 yrs was well taken care of during 2 days boarding when we went out station and left him at PetzPub, Sahakar Nagar. We were given regular updates and video updates shared showing Jack enjoying his time there. We liked PetzPub boarding and recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy boarding center for their beloved pets.

Negligence and highly unprofessional handling...... My dog has now had two serious incidents at this boarding facility. The first incident was when a small portion of his ear was injured and bleeding. Even though it hasn’t healed fully to this day, I chose not to escalate the issue at that time and gave the benefit of doubt. However, the second and most recent incident is extremely alarming — a large chunk of skin under his jaw is now torn and hanging. This is shocking, painful for the dog, and absolutely unacceptable. It’s very clear that the level of care and supervision has dropped drastically. Earlier, when Mr. Kiran was actively involved, I trusted the place because of his experience and capability. But it appears he is no longer managing things, and the staff currently handling the boarding are not trained or experienced enough to ensure the safety of the dogs. What happened reflects negligence and highly unprofessional handling, and I cannot ignore it anymore.

I left my 6-month-old toy poodle at this dog care for 4.5 days, and I’m really happy with their service! They took great care of my puppy and kept me updated regularly on WhatsApp with photos and messages about feeding, playing, and how he was doing. I really appreciate their honesty as well — they charged only for 4.5 days instead of rounding it up to 5 days. Such transparency and care are rare to find. My puppy was comfortable, happy, and well-looked-after throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their pets! ❤️🐶
