Worst shop day before yeaterday on 3rd jan i bought persian cat she is almost 75 days old she has been not vacinated even dworming medication not give no hygyen no clean is done where they may keep there pets that place us pathetic suggested by doctor ears have so many worms cat is in bad shape very inhuman..they made buisness of selling but its very important you takecare of pets you selling..very disappointment no care for animal life worst shop worst way to treat human liars all they said and talk about pet is lie. Hope they do care for these sweet animals

I purchased dog treat 2 days back, it was not good so I asked the person on call to either replace it with fresh one or refund me because the amount was high. The guy told me new stock is not available so I told him either you get a new piece of give me refund, he asked me to wait for one day, next day I called and another employee told me the guy who sold me is on leave today and he has sold you the item so he can only respond. I asked him to provide me owner's number and he just said that our sir Unnat has denied sharing his number to any customer and he never comes to shop, it's only us employees who handles sale. He told me the other guy will be available tomorrow and he will help you. I called the next day, no one received call, then I called from different number and they received call and now this guy says I am talking to you for the first time, the two guys you talked to earlier are not present currently so you call after couple of hours. I told him is there any responsible person there who can help genuine and old customer? Where is Unnat bhai and the guy said we are not allowed to share the number of owner, so why the hell you have a shop when you are not responsible for your products or services?

Extremely disappointing and irresponsible experience with Guli Guli Pet Shop, Ahmedabad. I purchased a pair of guinea pigs, and one male guinea pig was already critically sick, even passing blood in urine on the very first day. After veterinary confirmation of severe infection, the shop refused both refund and replacement. Later, they only agreed to take the sick animal back but still denied any refund or accountability. The staff is untrained, lacks basic knowledge of pet health, and constantly avoids responsibility by shifting decisions to seniors. The shop hygiene is poor, the overall condition of animals raises serious concerns about their care and welfare, and the pet prices are also unreasonably high compared to the quality of care provided. Even the owner, Unnat Patel, showed no professionalism or responsibility in handling the issue. I strongly advise people to avoid purchasing pets from this shop.
