The service they provided for my German Shepherd was very satisfactory. I was properly briefed about the products and offers. And the most important thing is they have really got a very experienced staff special Jaysinh . My dog is so aggressive and they handled him very well, in fact he took the second grooming session without a muzzle! So happy 😊

⭐ 1 Star Review — “Never Take Your Pets Here!” Just Dogs is the worst place ever! The staff are completely unprofessional and unhygienic. I took my Pomeranian there, and ever since that visit, he started scratching constantly and developed a severe fungal infection. The tools and instruments they use are dirty and unsafe. The most horrifying part was that they even cut near his private area, leaving him bleeding badly. No care, no hygiene, and absolutely no sense of responsibility toward the pets. It was heartbreaking to see my dog in such pain after trusting them. If you truly love your pets and consider them your family, please don’t ever take them to Just Dogs. Worst experience ever they should not be allowed to handle animals.

I was charged ₹1558 for a Shih Tzu bath, but the service quality was extremely poor. Despite clearly instructing the staff to clean my dog’s ears properly, they completely ignored it. As a result, my Shih Tzu’s ears got infected, and I had to take him to the vet for treatment. Totally unprofessional and not worth the price. I would strongly suggest they improve their grooming standards and pay proper attention to customer instructions.

My recent experience with Just Dogs, Maninagar, was extremely disappointing and concerning. To begin with, the communication and appointment process was very unprofessional. My call was returned 2–3 hours late, and even then, I was not given an appointment for 3–4 days. For a service-based business, such delays are unacceptable. On the grooming day, I left my cat at 1:00 pm and was told to come back by 5:00 pm. At 5:10, I received a call asking me to wait another hour. Finally, I was given my cat back only at 6:45 pm. During this entire period, she was not provided with food or water, and by the time I collected her, she was visibly distressed. To make things worse, I realized that the hair treatment and cutting process had not even been properly started until I reached there, meaning she had been kept waiting all that time unnecessarily. Adding to the unpleasant experience, the manager present was chewing tobacco/supari, with spit dripping out of his mouth, making communication almost impossible and creating a highly unhygienic environment — especially unacceptable in a pet care setting. The whole process was unprofessional, unhygienic, and careless towards the wellbeing of pets. My cat went through unnecessary distress due to poor management and negligence. I sincerely hope the management takes responsibility and improves both their service standards and staff behavior, because pets deserve care and compassion — not this kind of treatment.
