I am a first time pet parent ...and I was scared and confused but Pradip bhai was so humble and nice...he explained everything to us so calmly.... And he is still guiding us...jaha log dog dekar bhul jate hai ki unki responsibility khatam..waha pradip bhai ne follow up liya, guidance di.. And help Kiya...I m now so happy with my second son...jaisa bola tha quality of the dog was also good..it's a male labrador....we didnot knew food ka so he gave us little kennels for that day so that we hv time to arrange for the food...very satisfied with what he has provided me...the rest it's the love and care one individual has to give to their pets...thanks Pradip bhai
