We left our 6 months old labrador puppy for 3 days with Biscuit box. He was very happy as we get to know from regular videos of him, playing and eating food everyday. The owner was very helpful and a pet lover himself. Our pet Enzo was also dropped by the owner at home by car. Overall a nice and safe place to leave your pet on vacations.
I recently kept my dog(Tiger) at Biscuit Box for 5 days, and it was my first time using their services. It turned out to be a truly great experience! They regularly updated me with videos twice a day and even arranged a daily video call so I could see my Tiger. They took care of him like their own, ensuring he was happy and comfortable. The food quality was excellent, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were very well maintained so that dogs don’t fall sick. They gave my dog plenty of playtime, regular walks, and constant attention. The staff were extremely polite, caring, and professional. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Biscuit Box to any dog parent looking for a safe, clean, and loving environment for their pet.
