So we went for our baby Rio who was suffering from High Diabetis and Liver issues.. First of all We thought they are professionals and will handle well but as the stage was progressing he was getting better but Sugar didnt come down it was around 600 they didnt suggest any alternate treatment or insulin untill we asked and suggested for the same.Instead of monitoring everyday they said for one week not to monitor where this high Diabetis was already affecting Liver and kidney.. I confronted Dr Dhaval Patel the Head and expressed our experience but as he least cared about the same.He said he ll revisit the case and call with details but unfortunately never got a call. Hospital is quite clean and hygienic but Doctors simply don't care. If I had no.knowledge about what's we were going through we would have still believed but in them and dont know what the outcome.could have been...

I have personally called up the founder director Mr. Dharmendra after midnight and he has always responded to my calls, not only that, he has made himself personally preesnt in difficult situations. Every stray dog I have taken here has been treated with the same compassion, diligence and empathy as any owned pet. Not only that, for stray dogs & cats they charge 50% less than owned pets and what other clinics typically quote for similar services. Now this is what is called compassion at heart. Who in today's world would ever think of doing so unless the leadership and the doctors are in sync with the mission that the hospital has been built on. In my experience, this is a place run by people who are genuinely on a mission to save lives and elevate veterinary care, not a place driven by commercial motives. I trust them with my life and the life of animals who depend on me. In a nut-shell they have certianly rasied the veterinary standards but not the pricing - compassion and care comes for FREE. If ever you need veterinary care any time of the day and night - this is the place that any pet parent, stray animal feeder or rescuer should go to.

Paws Universe, a light at end of the tunnel. I was extremely upset and scared from previous admission of my pet Monty in Anand. Monty was timid and unapproachable after staying there for over 9 months. Monty has immune compromised body and his skin is sensitive and had too many medical issues Tata hospital was my only option and whilst googling for 24/7 multi specialist hospitals I came across Paws Universe in Ahmedabad. I took a chance and got Monty admitted, Monty stayed there for over 2 months and came back to me bright as a little pup full of life. He was looked after very well. The owner Dharmendra has given pets parents a life time opportunity to save their pets from medical emergencies by opening this place. Many clinics and vets failed at understanding Monty’s condition but vets at Paws Universe immediately understood and started his treatment. I was informed at every step what will be done to help Monty. Monty now lives a happy life and is doing well. I also rescue stray animals and sent them to Paws Universe as I trust their diagnosis and their ability to handle animals. Thank you so much to the owner Dharmendra Tirdia for opening such an amazing hospital and providing treatments at an international level with hygienic conditions and also giving stray animals the best treatment and chance of a life time. My senior boy had blood in his urine and was feeling very unwell, and even though it was a Sunday, we were attended to immediately. Since he’s a senior and not very social, I usually get extremely anxious about him being handled anywhere. But it was so surprising, and so heartwarming, to see how gently the doctor and the assistants treated him. They gave him the required treatment and collected his blood sample without causing him even the slightest discomfort. With all the love, empathy, and care he received, along with the accurate diagnosis and correct medication, he is now absolutely fine and feeling so much better. I live in Delhi, and one morning at 6:30 am I woke up to a distress reel on instagram from a young dog lover Shagun, seeking urgent help for a stray dog lying in critical condition. I felt helpless, yet deeply resolved to do something. I did not know here and our worlds came together for that child suffering on the streeys. After countless attempts and no luck finding an NGO or a 24/7 facility willing to take the case, I finally connected with the team at Paws Universe Hospital. From that very moment, everything changed. Their staff acted swiftly and efficiently, sending an ambulance to the location. With the help of a rescuer, the dog was admitted, and we named him Champ the moment he arrived at Paws Universe. What began as a random call for help turned into an experience that made me truly believe that humanity still exists. That hospital brought him back to life. From the compassionate staff to the founder, Dharmendra ji, every single person at this hospital has been nothing short of phenomenal. I must admit, during Champ’s treatment I called the hospital at least ten times a day—sometimes more. Not once did anyone sound irritated, dismissive, or rushed. Every question was answered patiently, every concern acknowledged. The doctors, para-vets, and administrative team were not only kind but incredibly efficient, and they were absolutely instrumental in Champ’s recovery. For two months, Paws Universe became Champ’s world—and mine. I received constant updates through their portal: his food intake, medications, wound care, and progress, all documented meticulously. I could even see him via webcam every few hours. The cleanliness of the rooms, the discipline in care, and the transparency they maintain is something I have honestly never seen—not even in human hospitals. To give context to the severity of Champ’s condition: his entire mouth and nose area—flesh and bone—had been eaten away by maggots. For the first two weeks, he had to be syringe-fed. Watching him go from an ailing, broken, sad-looking dog to a healed, confident soul was nothing short of miraculous. He grew so comfortable and healthy that the hospital became his home—he would walk around with confidence, and every update filled my heart. Today, with the continued support of Paws Universe, Champ has moved to a wonderful shelter that will be his forever home. I would especially like to thank everyone whose names I came to know during this journey—Nishant, Vaishali, Dr. Urja, Shraddha, and all the incredibly sweet and compassionate para-vets who cared for Champ day and night. If it weren’t for Paws Universe, Champ may not have survived. For us, they will always be a miracle. PS its the ONLY 24/7 hospital in 3 states! Surely the best one. You may not be able to see the first image of when Shagun found him initially clearly, but he had thousands of maggots which took a full week of daily rounds of dressings for them to be completely gone, then daily dressings for healing. With the grace of god he is able to breathe and eat by himself now :) Last picture is of his face with the maximum recovery he will have in terms of skin and bone healing.
