I am not happy while staying here. I will list down pros and cons below, Pros- hotel canteen is good. They provide tasty meals. Cons- latches was broken, While using washroom we were getting electric shock from anything we touch. Which was very risky for family members. Staff turned off gyser without asking customers. I saw each and every tenets was shouting at reception for water issue, AC issue. They have unplugged landline phone so that you won’t be able to connect to reception for any queries. Suggestion- try to avoid booking this hotel. And it is not 3 star hotel.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
We were 22 peoples of group which has been alloted to 6 rooms. Staff is very polite and kind. Rooms are good, only issue with the hot water,. Bathrooms needs to be maintained. Food taste and quality is very nice..Overall good experience.
It was great as per price. We went there in April 2025 when we got the room for 750Rs. The construction you might feel old and rusted but at this price i won't complain.
Rude and unprofessional staff , At the time of booking they said will provide clean room ,but room is so dirty toilet is very bad and lizard and mouse moving in room ,No service no sense to talk to lady in hindi room book mat kijiyega aur bhi clean hotel hai kripya wahan room book kare thank you ...
