GREAT, GREAT AND FRIENDLY. This hotel happened to be a wonderful surprise in my journey; They completely blew away any expectations with the kindest of hotel services, and were flexible with our breakfast and check out times after Taj Mahal visit, we were so thanful for that. In the dining room we were served with impolute professionality, manners and atention by Mr. Ramsingh, a young and helpful man that fit all our needs with no rush. The room was in outstanding state with it's affordable pricepoint. We had to leave Agra with mixed feelings as we would stay as many nights as possible. Thank you!
We stayed at this hotel in Agra during our visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, we were welcomed warmly by Mr. Hitesh Oberoi and Mr. Ashish, both of whom greeted us with kindness and beautiful smiles. Even Ms, Sweta was very sweet! Every question we had was answered promptly and with great courtesy. The highlight of our stay was that they kindly prepared breakfast for us at 5 a.m., so we could leave early for our visit. We are very grateful and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra! We would come again:)
Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are very generous and helpful. Location of the hotel is peaceful and away from crowd. Overall a very good stay here.
Don’t get all the good reviews , after some of the places we have stayed this doesn’t rank on our visit, it was a pre booked for us , something we would not choose for ourselves. It’s 5km from the Taj Mahal with restaurants that are quite a walk, as well. The only positive was the internet worked well. The stench from the open sewer out front put us off eating in their restaurant with dirty tables that hadn’t been wiped down! The bed was comfortable, they provided a pack of toothbrush and shampoo ect but we had to disinfect the toilet seat ourselves. No water provided most places they always give complimentary water not here!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay in Agra was fantastic thanks to this hotel. The hospitality was incredible, with an always attentive and friendly staff. The accommodation is excellent, comfortable and well cared for. The service provided, both by Ramsay and by the receptionist and by all the collaborators, was impeccable. The food was delicious, always fresh and well prepared. I really couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I recommend that everyone come to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal (the main attraction of the city) to choose this hotel. It will make the experience even more special. Ramsey with was fantastic, amazing service and human . Very professional . Definitely a hotel I highly recommend!
