Hotel is at dustful place having no place to walk around. Hot water runs out at 7:30 am. Breakfast time ends at 8:15. Towel provided was leaving lint. Staff is unprofessional. Overall below average experience.

My experience was average and not as per the charges of the room. Initially they gave room on the ground floor that was too very inside where there was no access to natural light. Then somehow we requested another room on the upper floors. We got but it was a part of family suite room. We found that most of the rooms were vacant still hotel did not allocate us any proper room. Water bottle is charged at ₹50 for 1L which is very high as compared to other hotels. Lift was not functional for a complete day. Inspite of vacant rooms, we were not given extension on last day. Inspite of complaints on the reception desk for electric kettle, we did not get one. All these things are okay if the price is lower around ₹1200 per night, but even after paying ₹2000 per night, you are not getting basic facilities. I have stayed over various hotels around various metro cities in India, where we got good rooms with all the basic facilities for just around ₹1500 per night. So, a big no no for this hotel from my side.

The hotel is not as bad as people say it’s pretty modern and fairly clean. Location is not great tho. What I didn’t like is one of the staff lying to me saying the nearest shop would be 30 minutes away and to buy from him instead. The shop was actually 2 minutes away. He told me a higher price than the actual shop too so I knew it was for a financial gain. Secondly he told me I can’t order food to the hotel before 11pm which was really strange id never heard of this and then the nice manager told me it was no problem and I can order whenever so I didn’t like the lies. I usually tip hotel staff for good service but this staff member did things for his own gain.

Our experience at Hotel Sahib’s Light House was truly wonderful! The hotel is located conveniently close to all major attractions, including the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all basic amenities provided. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. We especially appreciated their quick service and warm hospitality. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the overall atmosphere of the place was calm and pleasant. The management clearly pays attention to detail and ensures guests have a comfortable stay. Overall, Hotel Sahib’s Light House offers excellent value for money and makes you feel at home while exploring Agra. Highly recommended for families, groups, and solo travelers alike!

After checking reviews on Agoda, we decided to stay at this hotel, but the experience was quite disappointing. The room door was not functioning properly, which did not feel safe, especially since I was traveling with my family. Hot water is essential when you have kids, but there was no hot water in the bathroom. Even after multiple follow-ups, the issue wasn’t resolved, and we were finally provided hot water in buckets, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, basic items like drinking water were overpriced at ₹50 per bottle. Milk was not available in the pantry for my children, and I eventually had to order it from Blinkit. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of facilities and basic services.
