Very cozy hotel on the outskirts of Agra. Don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel, but it is a very nice place according to the price. Rooms are decent, not the cleanest but far from the worst I've seen in India. There is no honking, although there are many dogs barking and cows mooing. I don't appreciate being asked to cancel my stay on booking.com so they can save commision.
We have been staying (me and my partner) 3 nights at Village Homestay, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay, the quietness, all the animals wild and domestic that are inside this beautiful property and the family who owns the place are making it the best place to chill in Agra. It is only 10-15 minutes driving from the Taj Mahal and close to the chaotic city. The food that Lokendra and his wife are cooking it is really delicious and nourishing! I really recommend this place especially if you like to be out from the mess and to be in contact with villagers and nature, simple life. The room where nice, the fairy light were making it magical, and the bed is comfortable. An amazing things we saw was the birth of 6 puppies, such a beautiful moment.
Our stay was good at Village Homestay. The place is aptly named - it's right in the middle of farms and one would get an authentic feeling of living in a village at this homestay. The food is great and they use a lot of produce from their own farms. Their service is just as good. Rooms can be improved though. Also, it is pet friendly in the real sense, our kid had a very good time running around in the property.

It’s a perfect escape for anyone seeking serenity, warmth, and old-world comfort that stays with you long after leaving.
Its a home stay run by a very nice family. Food was home made as they used to make it at home and serve us. We did not take the huts as they were very small and we were given a room as we were travelling with our kid and a pet dog. The room price was less and please do not expect hotel facilities like soaps and towels for all as we were not given more than two towels. Bathroom was small and little stinky. Overall the experience was good as we were a small family and accomodating to the environment and the surroundings. Food was home made by the family itself and was so delicious. The family itself was very nice. The roads were little bad but its close to town and you get a village feel while at the property.
